Nice Surprise! My White Ripple Top (not a great photo, plus it was displayed with a green/blue scarf so you don’t get to see all of it) won the Best Of Show ribbon at the Los Angeles County Fair. My Knitted Wedding Dress won 1st Award! Wheee!!!

Congratulations! I love that fair, and your entries are fantastic. it was at the LA County Fair that I first saw a knitting machine and became determined to learn the craft.
Thanks so much for your kind words. I was able to make all the deadlines this year, which is hard for me since I travel so much. But wow and gosh, when I went there and saw my Best of Show. Such a nice way to brighten your day, maybe even your YEAR!!
